AI
Putting AI to work, with people in charge
How to direct AI like a team: what it may do on its own, what needs a person’s sign-off, and who checks the work. Also ADHD as an advantage when you lead AI.
Speaking and teaching
I speak at events all the time, on AI, on security and compliance, and on the cloud. For a decade I was Microsoft’s technical evangelist for the Northeast, so I am used to making hard technology clear for a room of executives, engineers or students.

I speak all the time, for IT executives, engineers and developers.
For a decade I was the face of Microsoft in the Northeast US: technical evangelist and blogger, setting the customer and community strategy for IT executives and engineers from New York to Maine. I built a free Azure certification program taught by senior Microsoft engineers, and redesigned technical training events as small, hands-on classes of 80 to 100.
Guest instructor, live classes at the New England Institute of Technology (cloud, Azure, leadership, security), Harvard and MIT (Azure and technology). Never on staff; every class was a guest spot.
