Ship AI products, not pilots
Built and run a multi-tenant, voice-first AI repair platform, then launched a second product in about 13 weeks. Wrote the trust zones and decision model for what agents may do alone and what needs human sign-off.
Build security and compliance in
One scan engine powers two live products, scoring risk by sector for legal, healthcare, financial and manufacturing firms, with findings mapped to CIS v8, NIST CSF and CMMC. Security deep dives on ITProGuru.com.
Run it in the cloud, on Azure
Co-authored two Microsoft Press books on architecting Azure solutions, created a free Azure certification program that went worldwide, and still use Azure every day. Azure deep dives on ITProGuru.com.

Founder & Chief AI Officer
After Microsoft, I returned full time to JitSolutions, my own company, and rebuilt it as Just In Time AI. I lead product, platform and delivery across AI field support, a marine service product, security and a shared platform.
- Shipped a voice-first AI repair platform that works offline in the field, with enterprise sign-in and every release verified.
- Launched a second product in about 13 weeks, first commit to live paid checkout, on the first product’s platform.
- Built one scan engine behind two live products; the security product maps findings to CIS v8, NIST CSF and CMMC.
- Runs multi-agent AI delivery under governance, so every result is repeatable and traceable.

- Built a technical-education practice: about 750-800 posts over 17+ years on Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure, PowerShell and DevOps, and since 2025 applied AI.
- Co-authored two Microsoft Press Exam Ref books on architecting Azure solutions, in 2015 and 2018.
Microsoft
Chief Technology Strategist / OpenHack Technical Owner
- The face of Microsoft in the Northeast US for a decade: technical evangelist and blogger, setting customer and community strategy for IT executives and engineers from New York to Maine. Founded two non-profit tech communities and grew user-group attendance by over 200%.
- Built a free Azure certification program taught by senior Microsoft engineers. Most of the first seven events sold out in two hours, and it went worldwide in January 2018.
- Redesigned technical training events as small, hands-on classes of 80 to 100. Each cost little more than the food, and lab guides lifted effectiveness to 80-92%.
- Cut a university classroom lab’s setup from 12 days to 4 hours, and a customer’s time to a production release from 18 months to 6 weeks.
